Acrab and DiffuSpace are partnering to bring diffusion language models to next-generation on-device AI agents. Combining Acrab’s agent-native SoC platform with DiffuSpace’s parallel decoding, the collaboration delivers up to 5× faster performance, with Dream 7B already validated on Acrab across emerging edge AI applications.

Acrab today announced a US$130 million Series B financing round, with continued support from existing leading investors Vertex Ventures SEA & India and Vertex Growth, as well as participation from leading institutional investors across Europe and Southeast Asia.

The new funding will support product scaling, ecosystem expansion, and the development of Acrab’s next-generation computing platform.

The funding will support next-generation R&D and the continued development of its full-stack agentic compute platform. It will also help expand global partnerships and bring local, context-aware intelligence to personal computing, smart homes, vehicles, industrial systems, and robotics.

The first SoC of XG, GΞLIX, achieved a remarkably smooth bring-up. The chip powered on smoothly , immediately passing 12 critical validation scenarios within 6 hours and successfully booting both Linux and Android systems within just 24 hours. This rapid milestone demonstrates strong design maturity and engineering precision, significantly accelerating our path to full system validation and mass production.
